Human Edge OS Asset
Most of the weight you carry is things you cannot change
A set of worksheets that separate what is actually within your control from what only feels like it is, so you can stop paying the tax on things you were never going to fix.
Download the Circle of Control WorksheetsWhat this is
- A three-part worksheet set built around the classic circle of control framework, adapted for modern professional contexts
- Built for anyone whose mental load has become cluttered with concerns that cannot be resolved through their own action
- Walks you through identifying what is in your control, what is in your influence, and what is outside both
- Helps you redirect effort away from unsolvable concerns and toward the things where your action actually matters
- Pairs naturally with any work you are doing on stress, focus, or decision clarity
How to use it
A short walkthrough of how the three worksheets fit together, the most common mistake people make when they first try to sort their concerns into the three zones, and how to use the output to change what you spend your week thinking about.
What to do with it
- 1 Download all three worksheets and complete them in order, one at a time
- 2 Start with a list of everything currently occupying mental bandwidth in your week
- 3 Sort each item into the control, influence, or outside category using the worksheet prompts
- 4 Identify the two or three items in the outside category that are costing you the most energy and commit to releasing them
- 5 Return to the worksheets whenever a new concern starts taking up disproportionate mental space
